- History of cholecystectomy (gallbladder removal) performed five years prior.
- General Symptoms:
- Appetite was decreased.
- Bowels were not regular.
- Urine was regular.
- Sleep was disturbed.
- On Examination:
- Bowel sounds were normal.
- No organomegaly (enlargement of organs).
- No tenderness present in the abdomen.
