Chief Complaint
- Pus discharge from the perianal region.
- Pain in the anal region.
- Regular bowel movements, occasionally hard stools.
Clinical Examination
- Inspection: External opening noted approximately 2 cm from the anal verge at the 6 o’clock position.
- Digital Rectal Examination: Internal opening identified at the 6 o’clock position.
- Presence of active pus discharge from the tract.
Diagnosis
- Anal Fistula.
Treatment Provided
